Company X: sells gold and silver bullion to the precious metals investment community at mint direct pricing. Due to current economic conditions and reported manipulation and naked short selling of gold and silver by large banks and financial institutions, there has occurred an extreme
shortage in the precious metals industry. As a result, both gold and silver have risen
dramatically in price over the past twenty-four months.
